If you have a I Amsterdam City Card, Amsterdam Pass, Holland Pass, Museumkaart or ICOM pass you do not need to purchase a ticket online. When you visit the museum, please scan your card at the counter.

Once your order is paid and completed, you will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes including your e-ticket(s) as a PDF attachment or attachments. If you have still not received an email after a couple of hours (check your spam or junk folder too), please contact our Customers Services.
